I have been in home inspection
since I retired in 2004, and have done more than 400 inspections.
My goal is to provide you with
some confidence in your new home. We would like to be as
sure as possible that your home is safe and affordable.
We inspect all the major structural
and mechanical systems in your home.
We look at the lot that your home is
on helping you to see potential problems that might come
from drainage and other things like overhanging trees or
stumps that might attract insects.
We help you understand the proper care
and use of the systems in your home. Helping you to understand
expenses that will come with your dream house.
We provide a Written report of your
new home’s condition at the time of the inspection.
Testing that needs to be sent to our labs require time to
be processed, and results are provided by a phone call and
then you will receive an original copy of the test results
by mail.
We can provide help with changes/remodeling
of your home that will be safely installed and in compliance
with local rules.
We help you understand any additional
expenses that might be required in your new home, and the
time table for repairs that may be needed.
Our normal home inspection looks for
insect infestation and what may be needed to remove them.
We can provide USDA/HUD paperwork if
needed
We do new construction draw inspections
for many of the major banks in the United States.
Most of the home inspections that
we do are done within 48 to 72 hours of the time we agree
on a contract.
